The work in Kapileswarapuram and surrounding areas is under the direction of Pastor K. Yesuratnam, who has 50 churches under his jurisdiction. These churches are located in several districts of A.P. and in Telugu-speaking people in Orissa State. He has 18 pastors assisting him in this ministry. He is also the focal point for the translating and printing of Christian literature in the Telugu language.

In 1999, Pastor Yesuratnam built our first Children’s Home (orphanage) for orphans and destitute children. This orphanage houses 40 children. For more information on this orphanage, click on APOSTOLIC LUTHERAN CHURCH ORPHANAGES (link).

LITERATURE PUBLICATION AND DISTRIBUTION:
Pastor Yesuratnam is the editor and distributor of a Christian Bi-Monthly publication titled Adyathimika Aharamu, that contains spiritually edifying articles. This publication is sent to many districts of A.P. and to several other states of India. In addition, he publishes and distributes Sunday school books, tracts, songbooks, and doctrinal material in the Telugu language.
