TOGO

Togo is a long, narrow country between Ghana to the west and Benin to the east, with Burkina Faso to the north. The population is about 5.1 million. Religions: traditional 59%, Roman Catholic 21%, Muslim 13%, Protestant 7%. We have been working with the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Christ – Togo (ELCCT) since 2007. There is usually one trip a year from North America. Also, Pastor Frank Famiyeh from the ALC of Ghana conducts seminars for the pastors several times a year.
